At iKoMatch, we offer digital services in the form of curated matchmaking programs between startup founders and investors. As such, there is no physical product involved, and therefore, no shipping or physical delivery applies.

Once a user successfully completes the registration and payment process, access to our services—such as profile onboarding, matchmaking assistance, or consultation—will be initiated as per the program schedule and shared via email or dashboard access.
